Supporting Community Based Youth Mental Health

Community-based organizations play an important role in supporting positive youth mental health. They’re an essential part of a system of services and supports that youth and families rely on to meet basic needs, promote health and wellness, manage and respond to crises, and received needed treatment.

This survey is intended to help learn about the community-based sector, what is working well and to understand what is needed to build upon your successes. The Department of Health and Wellness has contracted Wisdom2Action (wisdom2action.org) to lead this exploration. This survey will help paint a picture of the work that is happening in the community-based sector to support youth mental health. Some organizations will also be invited to face-to-face gatherings where we will explore ideas to further enhance the work and impact of the sector.

The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be kept confidential and shared only with a project team in the Department of Health and Wellness.

Survey participants are eligible to enter into a draw for a $50 Amazon gift card.

Your participation is greatly appreciated.
